Competitive Teams Coaches Information
Under 10 Spring Developmental Academy 2010
What:
Skills & “Street Soccer” type sessions for our advanced U/10 soccer players in the Enid Soccer Club.Who For:
All solid, advanced girls playing in the Under-10 ESC league (must be old enough to be Under-10, preferably true U/10’s born between 8/1/99 and 7/31/00, but standout U/9’s are welcome to try it out.) Why? We expect a level of dedication and seriousness.Where:
Enid Soccer Complex at the snack bar at 5:10 pm; then we will meet on field 4 very week thereafter, at 5:20 pm.Why:
To set forth a fun-filled, challenging environment for the serious,
dedicated players in the league to continue to develop their skills.
This program also has the aim of preparing
these young players for the opportunity of playing on the Pride traveling competitive teams
when they hit the Under 11 age-group (first year of traveling teams).
All stronger (serious and dedicated) players of this age are highly
encouraged to sign-up for these sessions!
When:
There will be two training nights a week.
Monday Nights will be designated Academy training. 5:30 pm - 7pm
The second night of training will vary - it's a scrimmage night.
5:15 pm – please arrive ready to go.
5:30 pm - 7pm for Academy training.
Cost:
$45 registration fee - to be placed in Academy playing pool. Please
register online, sign up under a combined Competitive/Travel Rec/Academy
program online. Our registrar will assign them to the Academy pool.
$25 for Academy fee/tee – Check made out to Pride Academy
2 tournament max – cost of tournament
will be divided by number of players.
There may be some travel expenses, due to tournaments or out of town
games.
Anyone with a severe financial
situation can contact Coach Liddell to see if something can be worked
out.
Important Note: We need at least 10 players to
register in each session for the program to make. We do anticipate a lot
of interest and will cut off sign-ups at around 12 (max 15).
Please observe the strict registration deadline of February 24th, 2010.
