Qualifications
- Official League Roster
- Guest players allowed for the competitive teams only. Three (3)
max.(including their rosters and player passes)
- Medical Release Forms (including guest players)
- Current Player Passes (Competitive)
- Appropriate Travel Papers (Competitive)
- Approved Application and paid entry fee
Other Items of Note
- Recreational (U8 and above), Academy, and Competitive teams eligible

- Individual Awards for 1st and 2nd
- Three game minimum
- OSA Sanctioned Event
- Friday night check-in for out-of-town teams
